If you set up an account you'll receive email alerts when we receive your impressions, you can view production status online, and you'll get another email with a tracking number when they ship!
At Westone, we value transparency in every part of the ordering process. We want you to have all the information you need to stay in the loop and give your patients the most accurate timeline.
If your online account is linked through Westone.com, you can see when the order has been entered, when it has been shipped and a full order history. If we have your email on the account, you’ll also get updates when we receive your impressions and when we ship the final earmold back to you.
