Tracking your orders

You can track your earmold orders online

You have the ability to track your earmold orders directly on our website, using an updated system, design, and single source of information. 

Here's how it works:

  • Go to Westone.com and Sign In

  • From the Account Dashboard, click on My Orders
  • By clicking Earmold Orders at the top of the page you can search, filter, and track your earmold orders!

FAQs 

Q. Will my old WebEar account work on Westone.com? 

A. Yes!  We’ve migrated all WebEar accounts into Westone.com, so if you didn’t have one already, you do now. All you need to do to get access is update your password by clicking Forgot Your Password? On the Westone.com sign in page 

Q. What if I already had Westone.com account, which do I use? 

A. Everything will work correctly as long as you used the same email address on both sites. If you used different email addresses, both will get you access to Westone.com, but only the original WebEar account will show Earmold Orders online. To merge these two accounts into one, just email customerservice@westone.com, and we’ll take care of it. 

Q. Can someone else at my office also get access to Earmold's order status and tracking? 

A. Yes.  They need to register for a Westone account and verify they work at your company by sending an email from their company address to customerservice@westone.com along with their new Westone.com username and Westone Account number.  We’ll take it from there and let them know when they are set up.  

Q. Why don't I see any of my orders when I login? 

A. There's a couple reasons this may be happening.  The first thing to check is if you have two separate login username; one for Webear where you tracked orders and a different one for Westone.com where you placed supply orders.  If so, we need to merge those accounts.  Send an email to customerservice@westone.com and we'll get you squared away.  The second reason may be that we've not fully migrated your account to the new system.  This will be compete within a week, and we appreciate your patience.  You can still call 1-800-525-5071 and we can tell you the status of your order at any time.
