Earmold Remake Policy

 

This constitutes Weston’s Terms and Conditions as set out herein and are not subject to any other written or verbal conditions, qualifications, or agreement.

 

TERMS OF PAYMENT

All invoices are payable in full within the terms listed on the invoice. Accounts 60 days past due and beyond are subject to credit hold which halts processing of any pending orders.

SHIPMENT

Orders are shipped to accommodate the customer’s desired delivery date via various carriers. All other carrier service levels, hazardous material handling, residential delivery, or delivery outside the 48 contiguous United States will incur additional shipping charges. All shipping charges are based upon BESTWAY or negotiated customer rates. All shipping is FOB Origin.

CLAIMS FOR MISSING GOODS

Must be presented within 10 days of the initial receipt of goods; claims beyond 10 days will not be honored. Undelivered goods claims will be verified by carrier documentation. Goods believed missing that arrive later than expected are considered “delivered” in good faith. It is the sole right of Westone to refuse requests for remakes, restocking or account credit in such cases.

EARMOLD REMAKE POLICY

Westone will remake an earmold, at no charge, for the following reasons: 1) An error occurred and we delivered to you or your client the wrong earmold style, material, or acoustic modification. 2) An earmold allows feedback or fits improperly within 90 days of delivery (non-occluding or “open” fitting earmold are not warranted for feedback). 3) An earmold breaks within one year. Remake requests in which style, material or acoustic modification is changed from the original order will incur a change charge. Shipping and rush charges may be included on remake orders to accommodate the customer’s desired delivery date or expedited processing within the facility. Without a request to return your client’s impression(s) or other request to maintain such impression(s), Westone will keep your original impression(s) no longer than 90 days. Digital scans will be kept for at least two years.

WARRANTY/GUARANTEE

All goods are Warrantied / Guaranteed as their product packaging states. This invoice neither expresses or implies any Warranty or Guarantee. Many products are covered by Warranty or Guarantee directly from the manufacturer and, in such case, that Warranty or Guarantee supersedes any that Westone Laboratories provides.
