How can I submit a remake?

Remakes can be submitted in a few ways. The three ways we recommended are either by calling customer service, sending us an email, or through our online form.

1. Give Us A Call at 1 (800) 525-5071.
   To speak with a member of our customer service team, all you need to do is call. They will be able to assist you in submitting a remake over the phone and gather the information necessary to get the order placed.
2. Send an email to customerservice@westone.com
   If calls aren’t your preferred form of contact, you can easily submit a remake request via email or form. Simply send a new form or email stating that it is a remake, and we will take it from there!
